Our avocados are more than tasty, they’re awesome
From day one, we have worked hard to ensure that every single avocado we use in our restaurants is sustainably grown at socially responsible farms. Using techniques like drip irrigation, smart composting, reforestation, and working with the natural climate instead of against it, our suppliers deliver ripe, ready-to-eat avocados from farms in Chile, Mexico, Peru, Spain and South Africa.
Just as importantly, we only work with farms that invest in their communities, so everyone can benefit. We do all of this because it’s the right thing to do.
